01 Who We Are
Eagle Business Loans (“Eagle Business Loans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed Independent Sales Organization (ISO) headquartered in Morehead City, North Carolina. We operate the website located at eaglebusinessloans.com (the “Site”) and provide business funding matching services to small business owners and operators across the United States.
As an ISO, Eagle Business Loans does not directly lend money. We act as an intermediary between businesses seeking capital and a network of verified lenders and funding providers. Our compensation is received from lending partners when a transaction closes; we charge borrowers no fees.
This Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Business Loans collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal and business information obtained through our website, funding application forms, contact forms, email communications, and phone interactions.

What we do not do: Eagle Business Loans does not use your personal or business information to make automated decisions that legally affect you without human review. We do not use your information for targeted advertising on third-party platforms. We do not use your information to market unrelated financial products. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to marketers or lead aggregation services.
04 How We Share Your Information
Eagle Business Loans shares your information only in the circumstances described below. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4.1 Lending Partners and Funding Providers
The primary sharing of your information occurs when we submit your business profile to lenders in our verified network for the purpose of evaluating your funding eligibility. This is described in detail in Section 5 — Lender Network Sharing.
4.2 Service Providers
We engage third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services. These providers access your information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes. Current and potential service providers include:
| Service Provider Category | Purpose | Information Shared |
|---|---|---|
| Form Processing (e.g., Formspree) | Transmitting contact and application form submissions to Eagle Business Loans | Form field data you enter |
| Email Marketing (e.g., Brevo) | Sending educational content to newsletter subscribers | Email address, subscription preferences |

4.3 Legal Requirements

4.4 Business Transfers
If Eagle Business Loans is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4.5 With Your Consent
We may share your information in other circumstances with your explicit consent.
05 Lender Network Sharing — ISO Disclosure
5.1 How Lender Sharing Works
When you submit a pre-qualification application through our Site, you authorize Eagle Business Loans to share your business profile — including your business name, industry, revenue range, time in business, estimated credit range, desired funding amount, and contact information — with lenders and funding providers in our verified network for the sole purpose of evaluating your eligibility for business funding.
Eagle Business Loans does not submit your profile to every lender in our network simultaneously. We review your profile and route your application to the specific lenders whose current underwriting criteria and program types are most likely to match your situation. This targeted routing protects your credit file from unnecessary inquiries and improves the relevance of offers you receive.
5.2 What Lenders Do With Your Information
Each lender in our network operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for its own data handling practices. Once your information is shared with a lender, that lender’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy practices, which may include:
- Pulling a soft or hard credit inquiry as part of their underwriting process
- Requesting additional documentation (bank statements, tax returns, government ID)
- Storing your application in their own systems for compliance and recordkeeping purposes
Eagle Business Loans is not responsible for the data practices of individual lenders once information has been transmitted. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any lender before accepting an offer.
5.3 Limits on Lender Sharing
Eagle Business Loans does not share your information with lenders outside our verified network. We do not share your information with lead aggregation services, marketing companies, or unaffiliated financial institutions. Your application data is not sold or traded to any party other than lenders actively evaluating your specific application.
5.4 Our Compensation
Eagle Business Loans receives an origination or referral fee from the lending partner when a funding transaction closes. This fee is paid by the lender — not by you. The existence of this compensation arrangement is disclosed on our website and in our funding application. Eagle Business Loans does not charge borrowers any fees for pre-qualification, application review, or funding matching services.
5.5 Your Authorization
By submitting a pre-qualification application through our Site, you expressly authorize Eagle Business Loans to share your business and contact information with lenders in our network as described in this section, and you consent to those lenders contacting you regarding potential funding offers. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by contacting us at the information in Section 15; however, withdrawal does not retroactively affect sharing that has already occurred.
06 Cookies & Web Analytics
6.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They serve various functions including maintaining site functionality, remembering your preferences, and helping site operators understand how visitors use their sites.

6.3 Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. You can typically refuse all cookies, accept all cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Site. Instructions for managing cookies can be found in your browser’s help documentation.
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing not be tracked. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.
07 Data Security

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

09 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Eagle Business Loans is committed to honoring these rights where legally required and as a matter of good practice.
🔍 Right to Know | You may request information about the personal data we hold about you, including what categories of data we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it. |
✏️ Right to Correct | If the information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct it. This is particularly important for funding applications, where accurate information improves matching outcomes. |
🗑️ Right to Delete | You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and other legitimate business interests. Note: deletion requests for funded transactions may be subject to GLBA retention requirements. |
📤 Right to Data Portability | Where technically feasible, you may request a copy of the information you have provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format. |
🚫 Right to Opt Out of Sale | Eagle Business Loans does not sell personal information. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism. |
📧 Right to Unsubscribe | You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications related to active applications may continue regardless of subscription status. |
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 15. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights. Exercising your rights will not affect our willingness to provide you with funding matching services.
10 Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are intended exclusively for adults operating or owning businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Our pre-qualification application requires users to represent that they are authorized to apply on behalf of a business entity, which implicitly requires legal adult status.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at the information in Section 15.
11 Third-Party Links & External Sites
Our Site contains links to third-party websites, including links to lender program pages, government resources (such as the FTC and SBA), and external educational content. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes.
Eagle Business Loans does not control, operate, or endorse these third-party sites, and is not responsible for their privacy practices or content. When you click a link to a third-party site, you leave our Site and are subject to that site’s privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
This policy applies only to information collected by Eagle Business Loans through our own Site and services.
12 Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Notice
To the extent that Eagle Business Loans is subject to the GLBA as a financial institution providing services to individuals seeking business financing, we provide the following notice:
12.1 Categories of Information We Collect
We collect nonpublic personal financial information, including information about business revenue, credit score ranges, existing loan obligations, desired funding amounts, and business bank account information provided in connection with a funding application.
12.2 Categories of Information We Disclose

12.3 Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal financial information about you to those employees and service providers who need to know that information to facilitate your funding application. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal regulations to protect your nonpublic personal financial information.
12.4 Opt-Out Rights
The GLBA provides certain opt-out rights with respect to the sharing of nonpublic personal financial information with nonaffiliated third parties. However, you may contact us at any time to request limitations on how we use or share your information.
